You may be taking the brave step to start therapy for the first time, or you might have been in therapy for years and still find yourself stuck. This is a great place for you!
My specialties include:
High-Achieving & Highly Sensitive Clients
If you think deeply, feel intensely, and hold yourself to a high standard, you may also feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like you’re constantly “on.” You might understand your patterns, but still feel caught in them. Our work goes beyond insight. We focus on what’s happening in real time—helping your nervous system feel safe enough to respond differently, not just think differently.
Career Identity & Direction
I work with clients who feel stuck, misaligned, or uncertain in their careers. Together, we explore identity, ambition, and purpose—helping you make decisions that reflect who you actually are, not just what’s expected of you.
Complex Trauma
You may have grown up in environments where your needs, emotions, or identity weren’t fully seen or supported. Even if things “looked fine” on the outside, those experiences can shape how you relate, perform, and protect yourself today. Our work focuses on helping your system feel safe enough to process what’s been carried for a long time—so you can respond from the present, not just from old patterns.
Artists & Creatives
I specialize in working with creatives navigating burnout, self-doubt, and the pressure to perform. Our work focuses on reconnecting to your voice, building sustainable patterns, and creating from a place that actually feels like you, not just what’s expected.
My Approach
People have described me as “warm, empathetic and directive.” Clients come to me when they want a therapist that deeply listens, gets their hands dirty and collaborates to create intentional movement in their lives. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Psychodynamic, Narrative Therapy, EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
More than Talking
I believe in the power of integrating your body in the work of healing. I use somatic approaches, such as EMDR, into the work of reprocessing memories and addressing core concerns.
Getting Creative
I believe in the power of creativity to propel us into a fulfilling life. I’m creative in the counseling room and encourage self-expression and authenticity out of others as well.
