Does this sound like you?

You’re overwhelmed by the pace of life—you’re burned out at work, your calendar is overflowing, and daily anxiety is the norm. When you try to “rest,” you actually feel more anxious.

You’ve been told you’re “too sensitive” for most of your lifeYou feel deeply, notice what others miss, and absorb every emotional shift around you. It’s a strength, but in a world that moves too fast, it can leave you exhausted and doubting yourself.

You’re lonely in your relationships—always there when friends and family need you, but find yourself wondering who is there for you.

You thought life would feel differently by now, but all your dreams feel out of reach.

With the weight of a never ending to-do list, it can feel impossible to break free from the patterns that hold you back. The burnout, the big feelings always on the brink of spilling over, and the sense that life isn't turning out the way you hoped for—it all adds up. But you don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we can slow down, identify the road blocks and create steps toward meaningful change. The path forward may not always be clear, but with the right support, you can shift the way you feel, build emotionally healthy relationships, and create a life you’re excited to wake up to.

You have the power to change your story, but sometimes you need a little help.

FOUNDER, THERAPIST & CREATIVE

When I found my first therapist 15 years ago, it changed my life. I experienced first hand the power of a relational, attuned presence that actually listened to what I was saying, instead of waiting for their turn to speak.

Creating a balanced life with meaningful relationships and a sense of purpose is possible—even in our modern, digital, burned-out world. The key to meaningful change is active participation in the therapeutic work, and a willingness to show up when it’s hard.

At Muse, we believe the foundation of great therapy starts with a strong therapeutic relationship. And from there we integrate evidence-based approaches, curiosity, mindfulness, (and sometimes even playfulness!) to facilitate intentional movement in the areas where you’re stuck.

Here’s are the ways we can help.
